'މަދަދު' 'ޓްރެއިނިންގ އޮފް ޓްރެއިނަރސް' (ޓީއޯޓީ) ކުރިއަށްގެންގޮސްފި

The Training of Trainers (TOT): targeted towards employees of Atoll and City Councils, to build their capacity in the use of 'Madhadhu'. ‘Madhadhu’ is an online module of Magey Council Application designed to digitalize councils' work on ensuring social protection in local communities in accordance with the laws and regulations.
This ToT was successfully conducted from 6th June to 8th June 2023, in collaboration with Asian Development Bank.
43 participants from 18 Councils and 9 staff from the Local Government Authority completed the training.
Sessions on the role of councils & WDCs in strengthening social protection interventions; gender equality and social inclusion; ICT for social inclusion & Gender equality; communication & building relationships; demonstration of Madhadhu application; ethics & confidentiality in data management; enumerator training and Madhadhu SoPs were conducted during the training.
މޯލްޑިވްސް އިންސްޓިޓިއުޓް އޮފް ލޯކަލް ގަވަރނަންސުން އޭޑީބީއާ ގުޅިގެން ހިންގި 'މަދަދު' 'ޓްރެއިނިންގ އޮފް ޓްރެއިނަރސް' (ޓީއޯޓީ) ޕްރޮގްރާމު ނިމިއްޖެއެވެ. މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގްރާމު އަމާޒުކޮށްފައިވަނީ އަތޮޅު އަދި ސިޓީ ކައުންސިލްތަކަށާއި އެލް.ޖީ.އޭގެ މުވައްޒަފުންނަށެވެ. މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގުރާމު ކުރިޔަށް ގެންގޮސްފައިވަނީ ޖޫން 6 އިން ޖޫން 8ވަނަ ދުވަހުގެ ނިޔަލަށެވެ. 'މަދަދު' މޮޑިއުލްއަކީ 'މަގޭ ކައުންސިލް' އޮންލައިން އެޕްލިކޭޝަންގެ ތެރޭގައި ހިމެނޭ މޮޑިއުލްއެކެވެ. މި އެޕްލިކޭޝަން މެދުވެރިކޮށް ކައުންސިލްތަކަށް ރަށްރަށުގައި އިޖުތިމާއީ ރައްކާތެރިކަން އިތުރަށް ވަރުގަދަކުރުމަށް ފަސޭހަތަކެއް ލިބިގެންދާނެއެވެ. މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގްރާމް ފުރިހަމަކުރާ އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ މުވައްޒަފުން މެދުވެރިކޮށް، އެ އަތޮޅެއްގެ 2ރަށު ކައުންސިލްތަކަށް ބޭނުންވާ ކަމާ ގުޅޭ ތަމްރީނުތައް ދިނުމަށް ވަނީ ހަމަޖެހިފައެވެ. މި ޕްރޮގުރާމުގައި ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ ފަރާތުން 43 މުވައްޒަފުންނާއި އެލް.ޖީ.އޭގެ ފަރާތުން 9 މުވައްޒަފުން ބައިވެރިވެފައިވެއެވެ.
މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގްރާމުގެ ތެރޭގައި އިޖްތިމާއީ ރައްކާތެރިކަން ޤާއިމްކުރުމަށް އަޅާ ފިޔަވަޅުތައް ހަރުދަނާކުރުމުގައި ކައުންސިލްތަކާއި އަންހެނުންގެ ތަރައްޤީއަށް މަސައްކަތްކުރާ ކޮމިޓީތަކުގެ ދައުރާއި؛ މިންތީގެ ހަމަހަމަކަމާއި އިޖުތިމާއީގޮތުން ހުރިހާ ފަރާތްތަކުގެ ބައިވެރިވުން ކަށަވަރުކުރުމާއި؛ އިޖުތިމާއީގޮތުން ހުރިހާ ފަރާތްތަކުގެ ބައިވެރިވުން ކަށަވަރުކުރުމުގައި އައިސީޓީގެ ދައުރާއި؛ ވާހަކަ ދެއްކުމާއި ގުޅުންތައް ބިނާކުރުމާއި؛ 'މަދަދު' އެޕްލިކޭޝަން ދައްކާލުމާއި؛ 'މަދަދު' މޮޑިއުލްގެ އެސް.އޯ.ޕީ.އާއި؛ މަޢުލޫމާތު ހެޔޮގޮތުގައި ބެލެހެއްޓުމާއި ސިއްރު ހިފެހެއްޓުމާއި؛ އެނިއުމަރޭޓަރުން ތަމްރީނުކުރުމާގުޅޭ ސެޝަންތައް ކުރިއަށް ގެންގޮސްފައިވެއެވެ
