The Training of Trainers (TOT): targeted towards the employees of Atoll Councils to build their capacity on preparing financial statements and using Viya module, successfully concluded on 19th February 2023. The TOT was a collaboration between the Auditor General’s office and LGA’s Training Institute, Maldives Institute of Local Governance.
The training held during 12th-19th February coached 35 participants from 18 Atoll Councils of the Maldives. Two fully trained participants from each Atoll council is then expected to train employees from local island councils on the topics of preparation of financial statements and awareness of the effective usage of the Viya portal. This training aims to develop the skills and capacity of the council employees for a more effective decentralized system.
The closing ceremony's chief guest was our Chief Executive Officer, Fathimath Afshan Latheef, accompanied by executives from the Auditor General's office.
އެމް.އައި.އެލް.ޖީ އާއި އޮޑިޓަރ ޖެނެރަލްގެ އޮފީހާ ގުޅިގެން، ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ ފައިނޭންޝަލް ސްޓޭޓްމަންޓް ތައްޔާރުކުރުމަށާއި ވިޔަ މޮޑިއުލް ބޭނުންކުރުމަށް އަހުލުވެރިކުރުމުގެ ގޮތުން، އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ މުވައްޒަފުންނަށް އަމާޒުކޮށްގެން 'ޓްރެއިނިންގ އޮފް ޓްރެއިނަރސް' (ޓީއޯޓީ) ޕްރޮގްރާމު ނިމިއްޖެއެވެ. މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގުރާމު ކުރިޔަށްގެންގޮސްފައިވަނީ މި އަހަރުގެ ފެބްރުއަރީ މަހުގެ 12 ވަނަ ދުވަހުން 19 ވަނަ ދުވަހުގެ ނިޔަލަށް، މި އޮތޯރިޓީގެ ޓްރޭނިންގ ހޯލްގައެވެ. މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގްރާމް ފުރިހަމަކުރައްވާ އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ މުވައްޒަފުން މެދުވެރިކޮށް، އެ އަތޮޅެއްގެ ރަށު ކައުންސިލްތަކަށް ބޭނުންވާ ކަމާ ގުޅޭ ތަމްރީނުތައް ދިނުމަށް ވަނީ ހަމަޖެހިފައެވެ. ކޮންމެ އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލަކުން 2 ފައިނޭންސް މަސައްކަތް ކުރައްވާ މުވައްޒަފަކަށް ފުރުސަތު ދެވުނު މި ޕްރޮގުރާމުގައި ބައިވެރިވެފައިވަނީ ޖުމުލަ 35 ބައިވެރީންނެވެ.
މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގްރާމު ނިންމުމުގެ ރަސްމިއްޔާތު ޝަރަފްވެރިކޮށްދެއްވާފައިވަނީ މި އޮތޯރިޓީގެ ޗީފް އެގްޒެކެޓިވް އޮފިސަރ ފާޠިމަތު އަފްޝާން ލަތީފެވެ. އަދި މި ރަސްމިއްޔާތުގައި އޮޑިޓަރ ޖެނެރަލްގެ އޮފީހުގެ އިސްބޭފުޅުން ބައިވެރިވެވަޑައިގެންނެވިއެވެ.
