އިންޓަރނަލް އޮޑިޓް 'ޓްރެއިނިންގ އޮފް ޓްރެއިނަރސް' (ޓީއޯޓީ) ތަމްރީން ޕްރޮގްރާމް ކުރިއަށް ގެންގޮސްފި

The Training of Trainers (TOT): targeted towards internal audit committee and internal audit team members of Atoll Councils, to build their capacity on internal auditing was successfully concluded on 01st June 2023. The TOT was a collaboration between the Local Government Authority, Maldives Police Services, Ministry of Finance and Anti-Corruption Commission.
The training held from 28th May to 1st June coached 35 participants from 18 Atoll Councils, and 9 staff from Local Government Authority.
Sessions on investigative techniques; collection of information from witnesses, victims & suspects; interviewing skills; evidence & information gathering; economic crime investigation; preparation of internal audit workplan & audit engagement plan; internal auditing; preparation of audit report and transparency & accountability in councils’ management of public finances & properties were conducted. Additionally, a practical session was carried out to formulate a collaborative plan to establish a strong internal audit system in the local councils.
މޯލްޑިވްސް އިންސްޓިޓިއުޓް އޮފް ލޯކަލް ގަވަރނަންސްއާއި، އެންޓި-ކޮރަޕްޝަން ކޮމިޝަނާއި، މޯލްޑިވްސް ޕޮލިސް ސަރވިސަސް އަދި މިނިސްޓްރީ އޮފް ފިނޭންސްއާ ގުޅިގެން، އިންޓަރނަލް އޮޑިޓް ކުރުމާއި ގުޅޭ ގޮތުން، އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިންޓަރނަލް އޮޑިޓް ކޮމިޓީ އަދި އިންޓަރނަލް އޮޑިޓް ޓީމުގައި ހިމެނޭ މުވައްޒަފުންނާއި އަދި އެލް.ޖީ.އޭގެ މުވައްޒަފުންނަށް އަމާޒުކޮށްގެން ހިންގި 5 ދުވަހުގެ 'ޓްރެއިނިންގ އޮފް ޓްރެއިނަރސް' (ޓީއޯޓީ) ޕްރޮގްރާމު ނިމިއްޖެއެވެ. މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގުރާމު ކުރިއަށް ގެންގޮސްފައިވަނީ މޭ 28އިން ޖޫން 1ވަނަ ދުވަހުގެ ނިޔަލަށް، މި އޮތޯރިޓީގެ ޓްރޭނިންގ ހޯލްގައެވެ. މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގްރާމް ފުރިހަމަކުރެއްވި އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ މުވައްޒަފުން މެދުވެރިކޮށް، އެ އަތޮޅެއްގެ ރަށު ކައުންސިލްތަކަށް ބޭނުންވާ ކަމާގުޅޭ ތަމްރީނުތައް ދިނުމަށް ވަނީ ހަމަޖެހިފައެވެ. ކޮންމެ އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލަކުން 2 މުވައްޒަފަކަށް ފުރުސަތު ދެވިގެން ކުރިއަށް ގެންދެވުނު މި ޕްރޮގުރާމު އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ ފަރާތުން ޖުމުލަ 35 ބައިވެރިން ފުރިހަމަކޮށްފައިވެއެވެ. އަދި އެލް.ޖީ.އޭގެ ފަރާތުން 9 މުވައްޒަފުން މިތަމްރީނު ވަނީ ފުރިހަމަކޮށްފައެވެ.
މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގްރާމުގެ ތެރޭގައި އިންޓަވިއު ކުރުމުގެ ހުނަރާއި، ހެކިދޭ ފަރާތާއި ކުށުގެ ސަބަބުން އަނިޔާ ލިބޭ ފަރާތް އަދި ޝައްކުކުރެވޭ ފަރާތްތަކުން ސައްހަ މަޢުލޫމާތު ހޯދާނެ ގޮތާއި، ތަހުޤީގުކުރުމުގެ އުކުޅުތަކާއި ހެއްކާއި މައުލޫމާތު އެއްކުރުމާއި، ތަހުޤީޤުތަކުގެ މައްޗަށް ބިނާކޮށް ފައިނޭންސް އެސެސްމަންޓް ހެދުމާއި އިކޮނޮމިކް ކްރައިމް އިންވެސްޓިގޭޝަން އަދި އިންޓާރނަލް އޮޑިޓް އަހަރީ މަސައްކަތް ތާވާލު އެކުލަވާލުމާއި އޮޑިޓް އެންގޭޖްމަންޓް ޕްލޭން ތައްޔާރުކުރުމާއި އިންޓަރނަލް އޮޑިޓްކުރުމާއި އޮޑިޓް ރިޕޯޓް ތައްޔާރުކުރުމުގެ ސެޝަންތައް ހިމެނެއެވެ. އަދި މީގެ އިތުރުން ދައުލަތުގެ މުދަލާއި ފައިސާ ބެލެހެއްޓުމާއި މާލީ ހިސާބުތަކާއި ލިޔެކިޔުން ބެލެހެއްޓުމުގައި ކައުންސިލްތަކުން ފާހަގަކުރެވޭ މައްސަލަތަކާއި ހައްލު އަދި ދައުލަތުގެ މުދަލާއި ފައިސާ ބެލެހެއްޓުމާއި މާލީ ހިސާބުތަކާއި ލިޔެކިޔުން ބަލަހައްޓައި ހާމަކުރުމުގައި ދެފުށް ފެނުމާއި ޖަވާބުދާރީވުމުގެ މައްޗަށް އަލިއަޅުވާލާ ސެޝަންތަކެއްވަނީ ކުރިއަށް ގެންދެވިފައެވެ
