އަންހެނުންގެ ތަރައްޤީއަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރާ ކޮމިޓީ ތަކަށް އެސްޗޭންޖް ޕްރޮގްރާމް ހދ.ފިނޭގައި ކުރިއަށް ގެންގޮސްފި

WDC Exchange Program was held in HDH.Finey from 19th May to 20th May 2023, for the WDC members of HDH.Finey, HA.Filladhoo and HA.Dhidhdhoo to build WDCs' capacity. This program was held in partnership with IRI support from USAID and Family Protection Authority.
Sessions of this program included an overview of the role of WDCs, gender awareness and sensitisation, effective planning for results, administration and finance of WDCs, data collection and sustainable development. During this program, experiences and challenges faced by the WDCs were discussed collectively.
މޯލްޑިވްސް އިންސްޓިޓިއުޓް އޮފް ލޯކަލް ގަވަރނަންސް، އައި.އާރު.އައި، އެފް.ޕީ.އޭ އަދި ހދ. ފިނޭ އަންހެނުންގެ ތަރައްޤީއަށް މަސައްކަތްކުރާ ކޮމިޓީ ގުޅިގެން 19 މެއި 2023 އިން 20 މެއި 2023 އަށް ދެ ދުވަހުގެ ތަމްރީން ޕްރޮގްރާމެއް ވަނީ ކުރިއަށް ގެންގޮސްފައެވެ. މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގްރާމުގައި އަންހެނުންގެ ތަރައްޤީއަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރާ ކޮމިޓީގެ ޒިންމާތަކާއި މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތުތައް، މަސައްކަތު ތާވަލު އެކުލަވާލާނެ ގޮތާއި، އިދާރީ އަދި ބަޖެޓާ ގުޅުންހުރި ކަންކަމާއި، މަޢުލޫމާތު އެއްކުރުމާއި، ދެމެހެއްޓެނިވި ތަރައްޤީއާއި މިންތީގެ ހަމަހަމަކަމަށް ވަނީ އަލިއަޅުވާލާފައެވެ
މި ތަމްރީނު ޕްރޮގްރާމުގައި ހދ. ފިނޭ އަންހެނުންގެ ތަރައްޤީއަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރާ ކޮމިޓީގެ މެންބަރުންގެ އިތުރުން، ކައުންސިލަރުންނާއި އިދާރީ މުވައްޒަފުންނާއި އަދި ހއ. ދިއްދޫ އަދި ހއ. ފިއްލަދޫގެ އަންހެނުންގެ ތަރައްޤީއަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރާ ކޮމިޓީތަކުގެ މެންބަރުން ބައިވެރިވެވަޑައިގަންނަވައި ތަމްރީނު ފުރިހަމަކުރައްވާފައިވެއެވެ
